Coaching + Technical Assistance Support
TLC staff bring decades of experience of supporting social justice movements, running and resourcing non-profit organizations and coaching/mentoring leaders. The majority of our team are certified coaches through the Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation school and have independent consulting firms.
In addition to our fellowship and graduate programming, we provide customized and responsive coaching, facilitation, consulting and technical assistance support to BIPOC leaders within the TLC Network and their organizations on a pro-bono, low-bono, and earned revenue basis. This is yet another strategy TLC uses to provide deep investment into the sustainability and thriving of our ecosystem.

Neha and TLC have truly opened my eyes to transformative practices that have reshaped my approach to leadership as I’ve assumed the role of Executive Director. Neha has pushed me to break free from the constraints society imposed on me and encouraged me to define and strive towards the kind of leader I aspire to be.
