Transformation doesn’t end with the fellowship. We keep building the bigger picture together.

Beyond the Fellowship

Continuous engagement across the TLC Network deepens relationships among our leaders and fosters a sense of belonging and community.

Once fellows graduate from the TLC fellowship, they become part of TLC FAM.  Staff and graduates co-design year-round FAM programming to continue their TLC journey across the various levels of transformation and to respond to emerging needs within the network. This includes healing and joy spaces, dialogues on leadership challenges and opportunities within the current political climate, leadership skill development opportunities, deepening partnerships, and more.
